Terms and Conditions

If you use Bigcashforgold.com (“Our Website”) or engage in a “Transaction” with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. Your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of RAFAYEL & CO, INC., d/b/a BCFG PROCCESSING (“Company”). Please read all terms and conditions prior to shipping goods to Bigcashforgold.com (hereafter referred to as “BCFG”).

Requirements for Use

It is required that customers are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that they are the actual legal owners of gold, jewelry, precious metals or any other property that is sold or attempted to be sold to BCFG. All customers must act on their own behalf and not as agents or representatives of others. If BCFG wishes to require documentation or other proof that the requirements contained in this paragraph have been met, it may do so. However, it shall not be obligated to do so.

Guarantee Against Loss

Any package properly shipped to BCFG in accordance with its established instructions and procedures is insured against loss under the terms and conditions described here. Because of fraud, BCFG can’t be held responsible for packages that arrive empty or missing contents. This is because we don’t know if they were tampered with or emptied prior to shipping to claim insurance. The coverage of our insurance is only available for packages that have been scanned into the Fedex system and lost during transit. Any mail, envelope, or package that appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with may be rejected by BCFG and returned to the recipient. BCFG shall have no liability to any customer in the event that such items are attempted to be delivered or the return of such items.

Insurance Coverage Requirements

An insurance claim will not be processed unless evidence of value and purchase is provided, such as the original purchase receipt, and the package(s) are picked up or dropped off at a FedEx staffed location. The purpose of this is to ensure that packages can be inspected before they are shipped. In the event that your package is dropped off at a drop-box or packaged in non-FedEx packaging, BCFG cannot be held responsible, as we cannot guarantee the durability of your package.

Shipping your merchandise to BCFG requires you to follow the following shipping procedures listed below. (“Required Shipping Procedures”). Should you fail to comply with these instructions, you will not be eligible for any claim under the Guarantee Against Loss or Additional Insurance sections.

Required Shipping Procedures:

  • Only our company generated pre-paid shipping labels are used to ship merchandise.

  • Package(s) must be dropped off at a staffed FedEx location or picked up by a FedEx driver. For your convenience, we provide you with a list of FedEx Authorized Ship centers near you. This is to ensure packaging for your Merchandise can be inspected prior to shipment. Company is not responsible for Merchandise shipped using drop boxes or for items packaged in non-FedEx packaging, as we cannot guarantee durability.

  • Make sure you receive a printed receipt with a tracking number and keep it in a safe place until we have completed your transaction.

  • Merchandise should not be displayed or visible within the packaging. Shipped merchandise should not be disclosed to FedEx employees or others.

  • With your shipment, complete the Customer Information Card (“Information Card”) provided with your kit, and list your Merchandise.

  • If you believe the contents of your shipment are worth more than $5,000, you must double box it. With our prepaid labels, FedEx boxes are free to use. For example, place your contents in a small FedEx box and then place that box in a Medium FedEx box.

    Your own shipping arrangements are at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for your merchandise. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

Additional Insurance

Your merchandise may be insured up to $100,000 if you request it. We recommend double-boxing shipments worth more than $5,000.00 for additional security. In the event that you believe that your gold jewelry or other property is worth more than $5,000.00, please contact customer support so that we can increase your insurance coverage. Limitation of Liability

All customers and any third party that asserts a right or claim relating to the customer’s transaction with BCFG will be bound by this limitation of liability. This includes the customer, the customer’s successors, assigners, insurance carriers, and any other individuals or entities asserting such right or claim.

Liability of BCFG is and shall be strictly limited to the LEAST of the following:

  • A value BCFG places on the contents in its sole discretion as a liquidation value.

  • Approximately one-third (1/3) of the appraised value of the contents as determined by an appraisal submitted by a customer/seller to BCFG before the item was shipped.

  • An amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)

The customer/seller expressly acknowledges and agrees that if there is no appraisal which was issued prior to the contents begin submitted to BCFG, then BCFG’s liquidated value will be final and binding; and that BCFG’s liability shall not exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

Unless otherwise stated herein, BCFG will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to: incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profits or opportunities. These limitations of liability are explicitly and expressly accepted by the customer by submitting the items.


For your Merchandise, you can choose from the following methods of payment (“Payment”):

  • Company Check
  • PayPal™
  • A bank transfer via ACH

Once you accept our offer, we will issue Payment to you within one (1) business day according to the Payment method you selected. We will issue the Payment by Company check if you did not select a Payment method or gave us inaccurate or incomplete Payment information. Your personal and payment information may be verified through a national provider of personal identification verification services before we issue Payment for your Merchandise.  The payment may be delayed if we need additional information or documentation to verify your information.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any third-party transaction fees related to any Payments made to you or any money you decide to send back to us. These include, but are not limited to, fees associated with ACH payments, PayPal transfers, and similar methods. Before requesting your payment method, you are responsible for determining and accepting any third-party fees. Depending on the method of payment, additional requirements may apply.

Verbal Offers

When items have arrived at BCFG’s processing facility, any customer or prospective seller may request that BCFG provide a quote by telephone or e-mail. In its sole discretion, BCFG may record verbal offers. Payment will be issued to the customer within twenty-four (24) hours of acceptance by the customer of the phone or e-mail quote.

Rejecting Our Offer

Please contact (800) 337-7706 if you wish to reject your offer. To ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise, we will need to confirm the return address on your account and the signatory information. As part of our Return Policy, we reserve the right to make a new offer or return your Merchandise.


We have several affiliates that provide information about our service and refer website visitors to us. Ultimately, we cannot control affiliate websites (affiliates not complying with our terms and conditions may be canceled) and they must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by our affiliate program to maintain ethical advertising practices and remain in our affiliate program.

Gold Chart Disclaimer of Liability

On its website, BCFG does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the gold chart data. This information is provided only for the general knowledge of BCFG’s customers and was prepared by a third party other than BCFG. BCFG is not liable for the information contained therein.

Return Insurance Liabilities

Regardless of what was insured by BCFG when an item was mailed to BCFG, BCFG will not insure the item for more than the amount offered by BCFG if it is returned to the customer. If the customer notifies BCFG via email or fax prior to the return shipment and the customer agrees to cover the extra insurance requested, BCFG will not insure the item for more than the amount offered by BCFG. A return carrier, insurance policy, and method of receipt verification shall be determined at BCFG’s sole discretion.

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims

New York law shall govern this Agreement without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In the event BCFG fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision under the Agreement, that failure will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. However, if a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement invalid, the parties agree that the court should do its utmost to give effect to the parties’ intentions, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You agree that, regardless of any statute to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the services offered by BCFG must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or it will be forever barred. In such cases, New York is the only place in which one can file a claim or cause of action. All expenses incurred by BCFG in defending a civil action filed or attempted outside of New York should be reimbursed, including attorney’s fees.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with our offer, you must deny it within 72 hours of receiving it by logging into your account at Bigcashforgold.com/my-account. After that, please give us a call at (800) 337-7706 to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise. Your merchandise will be returned to you free of charge and insured for the amount BCFG offered.

Bonus Offers

We do not offer bonuses on bullion, coins, bars, or diamonds, or special phone pricing. There may not be a combination of bonus offers and other promotions.

Price Match Guarantee

If you have been offered a prior price for your merchandise from any of our online national competitors, we will match their offer (not more than 90% of the current day’s precious metals market price) or we will return your merchandise at our expense. A written document confirming the value of such competitor’s offer is required before we can make an offer to you under the Price Match Guarantee.

Coins, bars, bullion and precious metals with purity of 90% and higher are not covered by the Best Price Guarantee.

Unanswered Offers

BCFG requires its customers to accept or deny an offer within SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS of receiving it. BCFG will send a check to the customer if it does not receive a response within 72 hours of sending the original offer. The items in question will be held by BCFG for thirty (30) days, or until the check is cashed, whichever occurs first. There is no way to waive or extend this deadline, and BCFG will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs if the deadline is not met.

Waiting Period for a Claim

It is the customer’s responsibility to NOTIFY BCFG IMMEDIATELY if they wish to file a claim. The claim form must be fully and correctly filled out, signed and sent to BCFG PROCESSING. Completed and signed claim forms must be accompanied by all supporting documentation. The claim will be denied by BCFG if the claim form is not properly completed, signed, and/or mailed with proof that the goods were delivered to BCFG. A 30-day waiting period is in place from the time BCFG receives the claim form until it processes it.
